VPAN is a community-driven, peer outreach program that aims to alleviate pervasive issues such as homelessness, unemployment, substance abuse, incarceration and suicide that too often afflict service members transitioning to civilian life. The Network deploys trained Veteran and Military Family Peers throughout LA County to pro-actively find veterans before a potential moment of crisis and connect them to earned benefits and services.
